General Terms

I have the right to refuse service. If I am uncomfortable I will turn down doing a base edit for you.As long as it does not conflict with any of the base artist's TOS you may post the image wherever you want to use it, you can print it, promote yourself using the art as long as you don't claim the art as your own.As long as it does not conflict with any of the base artist's TOS you can use the image in monetized content.Absolutely no use af AI on the artwork!!!!You may not use any of the art that I do for you in NFT or cryptocurrency.If buying NSFW art, you may be required to prove age before I accept the commission.Clear easy to see reference image is needed when commissioning!

Freebies & Requests

I used to offer a lot of freebies. Now I only offer freebies randomly. Tou can reach out to me to ask if I am doing any!You may request base edits at anytime, if I am able to do it I will agree! I am more likely to take an art trade even when I have a long queue then a request.

Adopts & Customs

Heavily altering the way the adopt is not allowed.You can make them a twin.You must own the adopt/custom for a month.You can not sell it for more then what you paid UNLESS you add art to it!

Examples; paid 10, no new art can not sell for more then 10. But if you got a freebie, spent 15 on it then you can charge 15 for it to be adopted.

Payment

I do not take commissions often but when I do payment is due at time of commission to have it started.Paid art takes priority over requests and freebiesPayment Methods; Paypal, Ko-fi & Throne wishlistI am willing to take payment plans.I am willing to haggle and do PWYW commissions.If you ghost me when I ask for payment, I probably will never take a paid commission from you. I may even block you!

Refunds & Cancelations

Refunds & cancelations must be requested before I start working on your order.I do not refund or cancel after starting on your piece. Depending on my queue it might be an instant start. So make sure you want to buy before placing an official order!Payment sent before I agreed to the commission will either be rejected & refunded or considered a tip. Keep this in mind so you do NOT send it before we talk about a set price!

Revisions

I offer 3 revisions before charging $5 to continue to change it after the piece is "done".Only exception is if I full mess up on it and not if you missed something.Unclear reference sheets may come with extra charges on top of the commission price.

Process & Delivery

Disclaimer:I am disabled and live in chronic pain. There will be days I will not be able to work on art!
(For this reason I do not do set turn around times)

I will notify you when I am about to start your art.
(See refund policy)After I lay down the basic colors I start to send WIP, during this time you can start to request changes.After everything looks done to me, I send a final WIP. During this time you can request a few revisions/changes.After finished, you will be charged $5 USD for me to change things. I keep the file for a week before I mark it off my list as fully complete and delete it.When it is finished I will upload it to my Art Toyhouse before sending it! (You may NOT Remove this link or you are no longer allowed to use the art!)Final Piece Will Be Delivered As A PNG File.I will get to the art as fast as my body will let me.
